Gwen is a retired Police Captain of 24 years from the city of Miami 
specializing in accident reconstruction.

Jim is a former Fireman and Vice President of Finance and Administration 
of the Miami All Children’s Hospital Foundation. He is a Public Accountant

for 22 years of his 27 years of service.

Lora has worked in sales and marketing for the past 25 years and is currently 
the Owner and Event Manager of Plan B Promotions 

JD Barrett

Bio: Originally from Miami and now resides in Lake Placid
JD is a former Marine, Vietnam Veteran and Police Office for the city of Miami.  
He served as a County Commissioner of Highlands County and is the Owner of 
the Dock Doctor a Marine construction business.

Ed Westberry
Duties: Staging Area and Risk Management
Bio: Originally from Savannah, Georgia and now resides in Sebring
Ed was a Helicopter Door Gunner during the Vietnam War and is an Air Medal 
recipient given for Metorious Achievements during Battle. He is currently in the 
Home Improvement business.

Heartland Riders Association, Inc.
A not-for-profit service organization a 501-c6

The Heartland Riders Association was conceived in 2003 by a group of motorcycle enthusiast that decided that Historic Downtown Sebring, Florida would be an excellent place to hold a family friendly motorcycle rally.  

The Heartland Riders Association is an ALL volunteer organization that through the years has provided assistance to various charities such as, Habitat for Humanity, Horses for Handicap, Humane Society, Special Stars of Ridge Area ARC, Last Chance Ranch and the Children’s Advocacy Center. Highlands County is home to the Heartland Riders and they welcome the chance to be able to provide a quality event to helps support the local economy while focusing on their love for motorcycling and offering the biking community one of the largest, family friendly motorcycle rallies in the state of Florida.
